Project Management (大连, LN, CN)

Your Responsibilities:

• Change Management (Change Request-CR & Deviation-DR)

1. 1. Lead CR/DR evaluation, CR/DR release, and make sure the whole processes compliant APQP requirements.
   2. Setup CR/DR committee and Organize cross-functional review(Process, Production, Logistics, Quality) to assess change feasibility and impacts (cost, inventory, lead time).
   3. Track CR/DR implement and record change history list.

• Design drawings & BOM management

1. 1. Design drawings, 3D drawings, and LAH (from doc release by headquarter, to internal release, and version control),
   2. BOM management: coordinate transfer from Headquarter, and internal release. To meet the target BOM release systematically.

• Production related doc management, including Process parameter & Control Plan & FMEA.
• Follow up the audit of CR/DR/drawing management.

Our Requirements:

• Education: Bachelor’s degree or above in Automotive Engineering, Mechanical Design, or related fields.
• Experience: 3+ years in CR/document management in automotive company.
• Expertise in APQP/PPAP.
• Language: English proficiency (CET 6+); oral fluency required.
