The team supports a broad range of client engagements spanning: 1) Procurement optimization (spend analytics, category strategy, vendor strategy, procurement maturity assessment), 2) Supply chain optimization (inventory diagnostics, network optimization, manufacturing diagnostics, integrated business planning), 3) Working capital and cost diagnostics and post-merger integration and synergy analysis.The team combines consulting problem-solving with advanced analytics and technology-enabled solutions, leveraging tools such as Alteryx, Tableau, and Power BI to deliver actionable insights and scalable solutions.
