You will get to lead tiering, incentives, rules of engagement, and governance to align regional sales leaders, operations, and IT while combining strategic design with hands-on execution, program management rigor, and polished executive communication.\u00A0In this role you will:- Deliver a Day 30 current-state assessment of EMEA, North America, and Middle East channel models with prioritized year-one investments
- Define partner tiers, eligibility criteria, benefits, and performance thresholds
- Design incentive frameworks, MDF allocation, co-sell rules, and renewal ownership
- Establish rules of engagement, governance, decision rights, and escalation paths
- Translate program design into PRM/CRM/data requirements that enable automation and AI
- Partner with regional sales leaders to align program with pipeline, bookings, and revenue goals
- Publish a unified channel framework and secure cross-functional approval and adoption
- Build enablement assets and train internal teams and partners on program policies and tools
- Set KPIs and scorecards; track performance, adoption, and ROI; iterate based on insights
- Analyze partner economics to inform investment, incentives, and portfolio mix
- Coordinate cross-functional workstreams with clear plans, timelines, and risks
- 5\u201310 years in channel/partner management or partner program design at a B2B software company
- Direct experience with international channel distribution models and regional nuances
- Time on the vendor side and in or adjacent to a partner organization; strong empathy for partner economics
- Hands-on experience in program transitions or greenfield build-outs, not just steady state
- Familiarity with PRM platforms, CRM, and channel data models
- Strong program/project management skills with executive-ready storytelling and presentation
- Ability to operate with senior regional sales leaders while remaining detail-oriented
- Experience designing MDF models, incentive plans, and co-sell motions
- Background translating business needs into system requirements for automation and AI
- Knowledge of governance frameworks, rules of engagement, and dispute resolution
- Exposure to enterprise SaaS, subscriptions, and renewal motions
- Change management and enablement experience in global, matrixed organizations

In this role, you will own the architecture and orchestration of a global partner program that scales beyond regional relationships into a differentiated ecosystem driving predictable revenue worldwide. You will get to lead tiering, incentives, rules of engagement, and governance to align regional sales leaders, operations, and IT while combining strategic design with hands-on execution, program management rigor, and polished executive communication.
