Our client, a dynamic and impactful non-governmental organization (NGO) startup, is seeking a highly motivated, innovative, and results-driven Programs Lead to join their growing team. As a Programs Lead, you will play a pivotal role in driving the success and sustainability of our client's initiatives by effectively managing programs. This position requires a proactive individual with a passion for social impact, strong organizational skills, and the ability to build meaningful relationships.Key Responsibilities:Program Oversight & Management:● Lead the planning, implementation, and evaluation of diverse programs, ensuring alignment with the NGO'smission and strategic goals.● Monitor program progress, identify potential challenges, and develop effective solutions to ensure successfuldelivery and measurable impact.● Develop and manage program budgets, ensuring efficient allocation of resources.● Prepare comprehensive program reports for internal stakeholders.Stakeholder Engagement:● Serve as a primary point of contact for program partners and beneficiaries.● Communicate the NGO's impact and needs effectively to a diverse audience.Strategy & Growth:● Contribute to the overall strategic planning of the organization, particularly in areas of program development.● Stay abreast of trends in the NGO sector and program management best practices.RequirementsBachelor's Degree in a relevant field such as Social Sciences, International Development, Public Administration, Nonprofit Management, Project Management, Communications, or a related discipline.Minimum of 1-3 years of proven experience in program management or a related role, preferably within the non-profit sector.Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex ideas clearly andconcisely.Proven expertise in grant writing and securing funding through compelling proposals aligned with donorgoals while delivering program impact (required).Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and experience with database managementsystems for program data.Experience in research, data collection and analysis to track program performance and improve outcomes.Innovative, creative, and tech-savvy, with a proactive approach to problem-solving.Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced startup environment.Strong organizational skills, meticulous attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.Access to constant electricity and a reliable internet connection.Must have a personal laptop or desktop to perform tasks efficiently.A passion for the NGO's mission and commitment to making a positive social impact.BenefitsWork Schedule: HybridSalary: ₦160,000 monthlyAdditional Benefits:● Opportunities for professional development and learning programs● ContributionApplication Deadline: 19th July 2026Our client, a dynamic and impactful non-governmental organization (NGO) startup, is seeking a highly motivated, innovative, and results-driven Programs Lead to join their growing team.
