Drive end-to-end execution across Security and Partner Enablement workstreams. Develop and maintain project plans, milestones, dependencies, risks, success criteria, and stakeholder communications, and help teams move from strategy to measurable outcomes. Own the team's Agile operating rhythm, including backlog management, sprint planning, Scrum ceremonies, action tracking, status reporting, and continuous improvement. Create structure that improves transparency, prioritization, follow-through, and delivery predictability. Serve as the operational connection point across technical architects, partner program leaders, engineering and business stakeholders, external vendors, and platform providers. Build alignment, identify blockers, drive decisions, and hold owners accountable to commitments with minimal supervision. Manage relationships and operating processes with demo platform providers and internal service owners. Coordinate provisioning, readiness, maintenance, platform health, licensing, trial availability, and lifecycle activities that support partner workshops, demonstrations, technical readiness, and solution showcases. Coordinate infrastructure and related operational activities. Identify gaps and implement scalable processes, automation opportunities, and practices that keep the team running effectively. Provide program and content support when additional capacity is needed. Partner with architects and subject matter experts to develop presentations, readiness materials, workshop content, program documentation, and executive-ready updates while maintaining technical accuracy and consistent messaging. Collect and evaluate program signals, communicate status and risks, and use operational insights to improve program performance. Contribute to business reviews and help influence change across the organization. Develop a network of internal/external relationships to build influence in addressing problems/ blockers and facilitating additional views on the matter of interest. Bachelor's Degree AND 2+ years experience in consulting, product/technical program management, data analysis, or product development OR equivalent experience Bachelor's Degree AND 5+ years experience consulting, product/technical program management, data analysis, or product development OR equivalent experience. 4+ years of experience managing cross-functional and/or cross-team projects. Experience supporting technical demo environments, trials, labs, readiness programs, partner enablement, or cloud solution delivery. Program and project management discipline with a execution mindset and attention to detail. Ability to operate independently through ambiguity and turn loosely defined needs into structured, actionable plans. Experience with cross-functional collaboration, stakeholder management, written communication, and executive-ready reporting skills. Customer and partner focus, continuous improvement mindset, and the ability to connect technical work with operational and business outcomes.
