To support our exceptional teams who develop outstanding products and contribute to our growth, we are looking for a Production Manager (a) in Hägglingen, Aargau.

As a member of the leadership team, in your role as Production Manager (all genders) you will report to the Head of Operations and be responsible for leading approximately ~ 50 employees working in a 3- and 4-shift operation.

What a typical day looks like:

• Lead and develop a “best in the industry” team, with a strong focus on Lean Management, shop floor management and daily meetings;
• Coordinate closely with Planning, Quality, Automation and the Toolshop;
• Ensure compliance with applicable laws, standards and internal requirements (ISO 9001, ISO 13485, ISO 14001, ISO 45001, RBA, FDA Registered);
• Drive continuous improvement processes (CIP);
• Take responsibility for budget and resource planning within Operations.

The experience we’re looking to add to our team:

• We are looking for a visionary leader with solid Operations experience, a strong drive for execution and a passion for exploring new ways of working together with the team while anticipating and preparing for future growth;
• Operations is in your DNA and close to your heart;
• Ideally, you have a technical background in plastics, injection molding and/or automation, combined with a higher technical education (University of Applied Sciences or equivalent), preferably in Engineering, Mechanical Engineering or Process Engineering. An MBA or EMBA is also welcome;
• Several years of industrial and leadership experience, ideally in precision injection molding, highly automated manufacturing environments and ISO 13485;
• Very good German and English skills; additional languages are an advantage;
• Strong interest in new technologies such as AI and Smart Factory solutions;
• Entrepreneurial mindset, strong leadership skills and excellent communication abilities.
