Description
We are looking for aProduct Researchto join ourHeadquarter at Sant’Agata Bolognese (BO).
You will hierarchically report to the Head of Product Marketing.
You will be responsible to performprimary (survey, focus group, etc.) and secondary (trend analysis, desk research, etc.) research on Product related topics, providing insights for data-driven decision-making process; he is also co-responsible for identifying and defining future Customer Needs.
You will perform the following activities:
- Set-up and implementation of:
- Product satisfaction market research
- Competitors’ customer market research
- Qualitative research upon request
- Customer segmentation studies
- Customer needs definition and analysis
- Summary/presentation of results
About you
- University Degree Business Administration, Statistics, or Management Engineering
- More than 2 years’ experience in Market research, luxury customers’ analysis
- English & Italian knowledge
