Join our team as a Product Manager!
Are you passionate about creating seamless banking experiences and driving product improvements from idea to implementation? Join Luminor as a Product Manager and take ownership of our eArrest products and services, helping shape solutions that deliver value to both customers and the business.
In this role, you will work at the intersection of business, technology, operations, and compliance, ensuring our eArrest services continue to evolve, remain compliant, and deliver an excellent customer experience. You'll collaborate with diverse stakeholders, prioritize product development initiatives, and drive continuous improvement across processes and systems.
How You Will Make an Impact:
Own and develop eArrest products and services end-to-end
Define and maintain product vision, roadmap, and priorities
Drive product enhancements, system updates, and issue resolution
Monitor product performance, service levels, and key metrics
Collaborate with IT, Operations, Customer Service, AML, and other stakeholders to improve processes and customer experience
Manage incidents and ensure mitigation actions are implemented
Gather, analyze, and manage business requirements during change initiatives and releases
Identify opportunities for process simplification and automation
Ensure alignment with internal policies, regulatory requirements, and risk management practices
Support audits, risk assessments, and business continuity activities
Maintain and prioritize the product backlog and work in an Agile environment
Contribute to knowledge sharing and support colleagues through training and guidance
What Makes You a Great Fit:
Experience working as a Product Owner, Product Manager, Business Analyst, or in a similar role
Experience gathering, analyzing, and documenting business requirements
Ability to communicate complex topics to both technical and non-technical audiences
Experience working with IT development teams and Agile ways of working
Understanding of banking products, services, or financial industry processes
Strong stakeholder management, problem-solving, and prioritization skills
Proactive mindset with a hands-on approach and attention to detail
Professional English language skills
Experience with Jira, Confluence, and business process modelling tools is an advantage

Gross salary. 3200 - 4800 EUR/month, which is to be determined depending on your level of experience and competencies
