This is a remote position. The Process Engineer supports the assessment, redesign, and digital transformation of business workflows for a major operational modernization program. This role works closely with the Lead Process Engineer, IT teams, and business stakeholders to map current-state processes, design future-state digital workflows, and assist with change management and implementation activities. Key Responsibilities: Conduct detailed analysis of existing workflows to identify inefficiencies, gaps, and improvement opportunities. Develop As-Is and To-Be process maps, diagrams, and supporting documentation. Design future-state digital workflows using tools such as SharePoint, ServiceNow, or Power Automate. Collaborate with IT teams and business units to validate requirements and ensure technical feasibility. Support testing, validation, and rollout of redesigned workflows. Contribute to change management efforts including stakeholder engagement, communication materials, and training documentation. Ensure workflows comply with standards related to data governance, security, and accessibility. Assist with continuous improvement and post-implementation reviews. Maintain organized documentation and track progress against project timelines. Requirements Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering, Business Process Management, Information Systems, or related field. 3+ years of experience in process improvement, workflow engineering, or automation projects. Familiarity with Lean Six Sigma or similar methodologies. Experience with digital tools such as SharePoint, Power Automate, ServiceNow, or workflow automation platforms. Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex processes. Excellent communication and collaboration skills. Ability to work effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
