Principal Software Engineer - AI Experiences, Microsoft Edge

Design and deliver flagship Edge Copilot experiences in collaboration with product and design teams. Build new infrastructure in Edge Client to expose power of modern browser to multiple teams across MAI. Take end-to-end ownership across the full stack, including Edge client, orchestration, prompting, and UX. Drive innovation at the intersection of browser technology and AI systems, defining the next generation of intelligent browsing. Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or related technical field AND 6+ years technical engineering experience with coding in languages including, but not limited to, C, C++, C#, Java, JavaScript, or Python Master's Degree in Computer Science or related technical field AND 8+ years technical engineering experience with coding in languages including, but not limited to, C, C++, C#, Java, JavaScript, or Python OR Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or related technical field AND 12+ years technical engineering experience with coding in languages including, but not limited to, C, C++, C#, Java, JavaScript, or Python OR equivalent experience. Ability to perform system-wide root cause analyses and drive measurable improvements. Proficiency with AI tools and coding.
