- Lead end-to-end transformation programs for gas utility clients, managing multi-workstream PMOs, blended onshore/offshore teams of 15–40+, engagement P&L, and executive steering committees from business case through hyper care. Familiarity with Enterprise Asset Management modernization for Gas Utilities is a strong plus.
