Primary Care Physician – Internal Medicine or Family Medicine

We are currently hiring a Primary Care Physician – Internal Medicine or Family Medicine to provide comprehensive primary care to a panel of approximately 2000 patients per clinical session. Key responsibilities include managing patient care in clinics and via video/phone, and documenting visits in EPIC EMR. Ideal candidates are board-certified or eligible, with strong communication and teamwork skills.
