Primary Care Physician

We are looking for a Primary Care Physician to deliver equitable, value-based healthcare to local Medicare patients at our neighbourhood primary care centres. You will assess and diagnose patients, oversee primary care, and collaborate with a dedicated team. Ideal candidates are board certified or board eligible in Internal or Family Medicine, with a passion for older adult care.
