Job Summary:Salary range: $3200Location: Jln Bahagia, Bukit Purmei or BedokWorking hours: 5.5 days (7am – 7pm - staggered hours)AWS + VB Job Responsibilities:Conduct regular visitsPlan and implement age-appropriate curriculum with a good understanding of the Early Years Curriculum and pedagogy, to meet the physical, emotional, and social, intellectual needs of the children Set-up conducive and quality learning environment for the ChildrenProvide a safe and clean learning environment for the care and development of the children in the CentrePractice good classroom management strategiesRegularly update children's progress reports and maintain a comprehensive portfolio of each childProvide effective input on the child’s developmentBuild good rapport with the parents through regular communication and to establish effective home-centre PartnershipsFoster trusting, respectful and positive interactions with ChildrenCollaborate with colleagues to build a positive working environment Requirements:Minimum a Diploma in Early Childhood Care & Education or equivalent Certified by ECDA: L1 or L2 Teaching CertificationApplicants who possess relevant experience for the above responsibilities are most welcome to apply.
