Core Responsibilities & Scope

• Team Commander: Direct line management of Caretaking staff, overseeing daily operational schedules, and coordinating cleaning services.
• Compliance Chief: Responsibility for security systems, conducting regular site inspections, and completing all statutory H&S checks.
• Repair Responder: Managing planned and reactive maintenance, overseeing high quality of minor repairs, and supervising external contractors.
