Job description

Your main responsibilities:

-Manage paid campaigns (PPC, price comparison sites).

-Invest in paid channels according exactly to the budget.

-Manage and optimize paid app download campaigns to maximize ROI and user acquisition.

-Collaborate with Google and other external partners to continuously optimize campaigns and adopt best practices.

-Ensure the accuracy and optimization of product feeds for Google Shopping, dynamic remarketing, and other feed-based advertising channels.

-Collaborate with Tech and Commerce teams to troubleshoot feed issues and improve data quality.

-Support the development of internal tools and scripts to automate campaign management and reporting processes.

-Identify opportunities to improve efficiency through new technologies, tools, or integrations - demonstrate curiosity towards AI.

-Participate in co-marketing initiatives or pilot programs to gain early access to new advertising solutions.

-Share knowledge and best practices with the broader team to foster a culture of learning and improvement.

This is the right job for you if:

-Are fluent in English (min. C1 level).

-Are good at problem-solving and critical thinking (challenging current status quo and best practices).

-Have strong communication skills (verbal & written).

-Have experience with the tools: Google Ads, Seznam, Microsoft Bing (PPC channels), Heureka, Zboží (price comparison sites), Looker studio (reporting), Google Ads editor (campaign creation).

-Have experience in budgeting and forecasting.

-Have data driven mindset with a continuous improvement approach.
