Our team consists of passionate professionals driven by a shared vision of creating a greener and more sustainable future through innovation, technology, and excellence.In this role, you will be instrumental in Vehicle Institute, using your skills to ensure the delivery of the PWT thermal calibration and Cabin Comfort of the vehicle and these meet the VTS targets and Vinfast requirements. You will be responsible for the Test and Validation at System/Vehicle level for different markets and verify the calibration is matching with expectations (Subjective and Objective validation). In addition, you will provide technical expertise in HV battery, PWT, E-motor and the associated interfaces to improve the overall Performance/Driveability/Thermal/Energy management. And finaly, you will manage and control the development process to meet project deliverables and timingWorking within the engineering research and development are and specifically across vehicle programsStrong focus on mid to long term business and product plansWorking in a start-up environemnet at quick pace with quick turnaround and decisionsWorking in a team environment and possibly with external contactors and suppliersLeading and building a skilled technical team to support current and future Vinfast programsManage technical deliverables, planning, reporting on progress and providing expert knowledge in the area of EV Powertrain systemsEV complete vehicle thermal system calibration (PWT thermal and Climate control)Validate for all products Thermal Calibration meets the specification requirements or targets, and sign-off process for each supplier deliveryDefine requirements and manage new featureRequirements8+ years Experience in Automotive Development in the area of EV Powertrain systems and cooling systemBachelor’s degree in Engineering (Electronics, Electrical or Mechanical Automotive Engineering)Vehicle Testing and calibration backgroundPWT engineering development: Thermal system, Vehicle comfort/Climate control, Electric Drive SystemHigh Voltage Components, High Voltage BatteryVCU, CCU Calibration backgroundAutomotive development processesDriven to delivering high quality projects, on time and budget, beyond customer expectationsHighly motivated, self-starter, and active learner with strong interpersonal skills.
