The Director of Engineering & Facilities leads Heath’s engineering and facilities functions across multiple locations. This role ensures reliable systems, regulatory compliance, and continuous process improvement in support of our manufacturing operations. They are accountable for developing a high-performing team, directing complex projects, and aligning engineering resources to meet production, innovation, and safety goals. With oversight of building systems, industrial equipment, and process automation, the Director partners cross-functionally with Production, EH&S, Design, Operations, Sales and IT to drive long-term infrastructure planning and ensure business continuity.

Oversee operations including capital projects, budgeting, expense reporting, and resource allocation, to ensure effective and efficient use of resources.

Drive process engineering improvements by optimizing workflows, equipment performance, and automation to increase efficiency, reliability, and safety in production.
