Together with its affiliated property management company, the Sponsor is a vertically integrated real estate operating company with over 50 employees specializing in the investment and management of light industrial real estate. The Company’s’ in-house capabilities include leasing, facilities maintenance, construction management, and property management. The Firm’s vertically integrated team has demonstrated an ability to manage investments, property operations and dispositions throughout multiple market cycles. As of March 31, 2023, the firm owns and operates approximately 10.8 million square feet of light industrial real estate totaling over $2.1 billion of assets under management. The Company has corporate offices in Oakland, CA, Dallas, TX and Boston, MA along with regional property management in select active markets.

The Analyst should have strong investment acumen and excel in a fast-paced environment. They should be confident in working independently to ‘dig in’ to markets with insightful takeaways and reports back to the team.
