Who we are looking for A hands-on, detail-oriented accounting professional with solid financial knowledge, strong follow-through skills, and the ability to work independently in a small-office, multinational environment. You will join our finance team in Barra da Tijuca, Rio de Janeiro. What you will do Handle accounts payable processes, payment runs, vendor reconciliations, and vendor advancesPrepare actual and projected cash flow reports and perform bank reconciliationsMonitor expenses and analyze variances between actual results and budgetSupport treasury activities, petty cash, inventory, and fixed assets controlParticipate in the monthly closing process, including balance sheet reconciliationsApprove administrative purchase requisitions and send daily payment confirmationsSupport administrative and office-related routines as requiredEnsure compliance with company policies and internal controls Requirements Bachelor’s degree in Accounting – requiredActive CRC – requiredPrevious experience in accounting and financial routines (4–5 years preferred)Experience working with ERP systems (MXM is a strong plus)Strong Excel skillsIntermediate to advanced English – requiredExperience in multinational companies – an advantage#LI-TK1#LI-Hybrid#GLTDescription We are Gilat.
