Who we are looking for A detail-oriented and service-driven professional who thrives in a dynamic environment, enjoys coordinating between multiple stakeholders, and takes ownership of administrative and operational processes. What you will do Coordinate divisional activities, including meetings, calendars, and cross-team communication across R&D and HRSupport senior stakeholders and leadership with administrative and operational needs, ensuring smooth day-to-day executionManage administrative processes such as PRs, POs, and MIGO, and maintain accurate documentation and dataLead logistical aspects of departmental activities, including travel arrangements, events, off-sites, and training sessionsWork closely with multiple interfaces (HR, Finance, Facilities, vendors) to ensure efficient operations and alignmentSupport ongoing projects and initiatives at the division level Requirements Experience in high-level administrative work – an advantageBA degree (Business administration or Industrial Eng. is a plus)High level of English (speak, read, and write).Proficient knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, PPT).Full-time job, willing to work on unusual hours.#LI-TK1#LI-Hybrid#GLTDescription We are Gilat.
