Our office is located in a prime central location near the HaShalom train station and the Light Rail (58th floor, panoramic views). You'll alsoenjoy an on-site gym, gaming area, ping pong, a fully stocked kitchen, and a strong compensation package all within collaborative team with real ownership andimpact.About the RoleAs Backend Team Lead, you'll own the delivery, growth, and culture of the backend engineering team. You'll stay technical and hands-on, while your primary lever shifts from personal output to team output. The systems you're responsible for collect, process, andremediate vulnerability data from millions of endpoints across the world's largest enterprises. Responsibilities Team LeadershipManage and grow a team of backend engineersOwn team delivery: planning sprints, managing scope, communicating status to stakeholders, and keeping commitmentsBuild a healthy team culture based on direct feedback, high standards, and continuous improvementPlay an active role in hiring: own the technical interview process and be accountable for who joins the teamTechnical OwnershipStay hands-on on meaningful work: architecture decisions, critical features, and code reviewsLead technical planning for major features in partnership with Product and other team leaders in the organizationDefine and uphold engineering standards: testing strategy, code review quality, CI/CD practices, and incident responseBuild for scale, making sure all aspects of our system are ready for organizations with hundreds of thousands of devices Requirements 6+ years of backend engineering experience, with preference for GoAt least 1-2 years of hands-on people management or formal team lead experienceExperience owning team delivery end-to-end: planning, execution, and stakeholder communicationSolid foundation in cloud-native systems, containers and databasesClear communicator: able to translate technical tradeoffs for product and non-technical leadershipHigh ownership mindset; comfortable operating with autonomyNice to HaveBackground in cybersecurity, endpoint management, or enterprise SaaSExperience with high-volume, agent-connected systems at scaleFamiliarity with security-sensitive design (least privilege, audit trails, supply chain integrity)Description Remedio is a profitable cyber company leading the Device Posture Management space for enterprise organizations, with customers like Amazon, Colgate, Coca-Cola and FIS.After years of bootstrapped profitability, Remedio raised $65 million to scale our team and impact.We work in a hybrid model.
