What You'll Do as a CDL Dump Truck Driver:Operate T880 Tri Axle Dump TrucksHaul & unload materials such as sand, topsoil, waste, and aggregates.Complete required pre-trip and post-trip inspections and keep equipment clean.Follow DOT regulations, traffic laws, OSHA requirements, and company safety standards.Coordinate routes and deliveries with dispatch, plant personnel, and supervisors.Deliver loads accurately and on schedule.Travel within a typical 150-air-mile radius of the shop and return home nightly.Assist the team as needed and follow the supervisor's direction.Our Ideal CDL Dump Truck Driver:Experienced: Must have held a valid Class B CDL for at least two years and possess a current DOT Medical Card.Clean Driving Record: At least 21 years of age with a reasonably clean driving record over the past 5 years and no more than 2 moving violations in the last 3 years.Dependable: Shows up on time, works reliably, and represents the company professionally on the road and at job sites.Self-motivated: Pays attention to equipment condition, load handling, and delivery details with minimal supervision.Adaptable: Willing to learn routes, equipment, and company procedures.Active: Able to lift up to 100 lbs. as required and work regularly in outdoor conditions, including heat, cold, noise, and weather.What We Offer Our CDL Dump Truck Driver:Full-time, year-round work with 10 – 12-hour shifts, Monday-Friday26-29% Daily Gross of TruckHealth, dental, & vision insurancePaid time off & paid holidaysCompany-provided cell phone and headsetCompany-provided uniformsSafety boot stipendEmployee discounts for auto repairs and partsQuarterly safety meetings with lunch providedDriver's lounge stocked with snacksA family-friendly work environment with flexibility to accommodate personal appointments when possible To ApplyIf you're an experienced CDL driver looking for steady, local dump truck work with newer equipment and consistent hours, we'd like to hear from you.
