This role is ideal for candidates with experience in fleet operations, automotive service, logistics, military vehicle operations, EVs, or technical support who enjoy working in a fast-paced, technology-driven environment.
You'll be responsible for ensuring autonomous vehicles are fully prepared, mission-ready, and operating safely before each testing and service shift.

What You'll Do
As a Fleet Operations & Vehicle Readiness Technician, you'll play a vital role in supporting daily fleet operations and ensuring autonomous vehicles are prepared for testing and service.
Fleet Operations
Prepare vehicles for daily testing and operations
Coordinate vehicle movement between operating locations
Stage vehicles for deployment
Maintain organized fleet parking areas
Transport equipment and supplies as needed
Vehicle Readiness
Clean and detail vehicles inside and out
Charge electric vehicles and supporting equipment
Verify vehicle readiness before deployment
Complete required inspection checklists
Ensure vehicles meet operational and regulatory requirements
Mission Preparation
Launch software across multiple onboard devices
Verify hardware and software configurations
Install software updates when required
Capture requested operational data
