Department Intro: Join Micron Technology’s dynamic engineering team based in Taiwan, where we strive for excellence in semiconductor process innovation. Position Overview: As a PI Engineer at Micron, you will play a meaningful role in growing paths and improving baseline processes on-site. You will work collaboratively with our ambitious team to mitigate issues and manage MOL2 inline processes. Your expertise will help us maintain our world-class standards and successfully implement new strategies! ## Responsibilities: * Set up and refine process conditions and technology. * Upgrade process capability and reduce production costs. * Establish and modify process management projects. * Set up process parameters for a variety of semiconductor equipment. * Evaluate, promote, and plan new equipment and materials. * Analyze and improve abnormal process conditions. * Build up the culture of using AI. ## Minimum Qualifications: * Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or a related field, or equivalent professional experience. * Established track record of developing and refining complex procedures. * Experience with semiconductor equipment and technology. * Strong analytical skills to determine and resolve process abnormalities. * Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment. * Applying AI into your daily works. ## Preferred Qualifications: * Master’s degree in Engineering or a related field, or equivalent professional experience. * Experience in process management and project modification. * Familiarity with new equipment/material evaluation and promotion. * Demonstrated success in reducing production costs and upgrading process capabilities. * Strong communication skills to effectively collaborate across departments. * Familier with and capable to develop AI agents, GenAI tools.
