PALO IT is hiring a People & Organizational Change Analyst in Paris to shape and support people strategies that drive organizational development and transformation. The role focuses on understanding current organizational capabilities, identifying talent gaps, and aligning people development initiatives with the organization’s evolving needs.

What does a People & Organizational Change Analyst do at PALO IT?

As a People & Organizational Change Analyst at PALO IT, you will lead and accelerate organizational development initiatives across several key responsibilities:

  • Analyze the current and future state (AS-IS and TO-BE) of the organization’s talent, structures, roles, competencies, and skills to identify gaps and opportunities for development.

  • Lead talent mapping initiatives by consolidating organizational data, role structures, job profiles, and competency requirements into a comprehensive view of organizational capabilities.

  • Support the development and maintenance of competency models and skill matrices to assess technical and behavioral capabilities across roles.

  • Consolidate hard and soft skills assessment results into a comprehensive 360° talent assessment, providing insights into strengths, development areas, and organizational capability gaps.

  • Translate assessment findings into actionable talent development plans aligned with identified gaps and future organizational needs.

  • Support organizational transformation initiatives by applying Change Management tools and methodologies to facilitate the adoption of new processes, structures, and ways of working.

  • Develop executive dashboards to monitor progress, track development initiatives, and provide visibility into talent and organizational transformation efforts.

What experience do you need for this role?

You're a strong fit for this People & Organizational Change Analyst role if you have:

Required / Must-have

  • Degree in Organizational Psychology, Administration, HR, or related fields.

  • 2–4 years of experience in Organizational Development, Talent Management, HR Transformation, or Change Management.

  • Strong understanding of organizational structures, job architecture, and competency frameworks.

  • Ability to analyze talent capabilities, identify competency gaps, and translate findings into strategic people development initiatives.

  • Knowledge of talent assessment methodologies, Skill Matrices, and Individual Development Plans.

  • Intermediate to advanced proficiency in Excel and people data analysis.

  • Strong stakeholder management skills and ability to align people initiatives with organizational goals.

Nice-to-have

  • Understanding of Change Management processes and the ADKAR framework (desirable).

  • Bonus Experience: Familiarity with 360° evaluations, Talent Reviews, and career path frameworks.
