Plum is backed by Tiger Global and Peak XV Partners.About the Role:This role manages end-to-end HR Operations across the employee lifecycle, coordinating closely with Finance, TA, and Payroll teams. It's a great opportunity to get hands-on exposure to core HR Ops functions in a fast-moving environment.What You'll Do:Reimbursements – Coordinate with employees for claim submissions, verify documents and ensure timely handover to Finance.TA Operations – Coordinate with recruiters, support offer letter issuance and maintain onboarding trackers.Background Verification (BGV) – Initiate BGV for new hires, follow up on pending cases and ensure timely closure.Insurance Management – Manage employee additions, deletions and updates through the Plum dashboard.Onboarding Documentation – Collect and validate onboarding documents, including PF documents, and ensure payroll-related documents are completed within timelines.Offboarding / Exit Clearance – Track exits, coordinate exit clearance and documentation, and ensure a smooth offboarding process.Induction & L&D Calendars – Maintain and coordinate induction and L&D calendars.Bonafide & Relieving Letters – Prepare and coordinate issuance of bonafide certificates and relieving letters.Employee Support & Coordination – Follow up with employees, recruiters and internal stakeholders to ensure processes are completed without delays.Payroll Team Support – Support the Payroll team with maintaining HR Ops and payroll-related trackers, including VP trackers, bonus payout tracker for recoveries, salary advances, NPS, food coupons and gift cards.
