- Local Policy Implementation: Localize global HR initiatives to fit the Hong Kong market while maintaining the firm's core performance philosophy.
- Benefits: Lead the end-to-end design and execution of localized benefit programs, ensuring premier insurance coverage and a competitive total rewards experience.
- Payroll: Own the end-to-end payroll engine, ensuring 100% accuracy and timeliness in salary disbursement, MPF contributions, and statutory tax filings.

- Workspace Ownership: Manage the physical office footprint as we scale. This includes vendor management (IT, Facilities, Procurement), lease coordination, and space planning.
- Company Secretarial Liaison: Coordinate with external firms for statutory filings and ensure all local corporate governance requirements are met.
- Team Vitality: Plan and execute local events and team-building activities that align with our firm's culture of Exploration and Performance.
