How you will contribute<\/span>
<\/p>\n

Our<\/span> <\/span>Payroll Specialist II<\/span> <\/span>works to serve our <\/span>small business clients to manage their changing payroll needs.<\/span> <\/span>The face of payroll <\/span>to<\/span> a dedicated client base, <\/span>you<\/span> partner <\/span>to deliver<\/span> expert payroll processing and services. Responsible for <\/span>establishing<\/span> and maintaining employee payroll records<\/span>, they<\/span> own the activities necessary to provide dedicated quality processing services<\/span>.<\/span><\/span> <\/span><\/p>\n

Process weekly, semi-monthly, and custom calendar payroll<\/span>.<\/span><\/span> <\/span><\/li>\n
Calculate paychecks using tax tables.<\/span><\/span> <\/span><\/li>\n
Inspect automated system outputs such as registers and standard reports.<\/span><\/span> <\/span><\/li>\n
Determining<\/span> and <\/span>correct<\/span> out-of-balance conditions.<\/span><\/span> <\/span><\/li>\n
Check and audit timekeeping records for standard compliance.<\/span><\/span> <\/span><\/li>\n
Validate time and attendance records from <\/span>TLM<\/span> system with payroll.<\/span><\/span> <\/span><\/li>\n
Enter in<\/span> new hires into Payroll Central<\/span>.<\/span><\/span> <\/span><\/li>\n
Post changes in pay and tax status<\/span>.<\/span><\/span> <\/span><\/li>\n
Process involuntary deductions such as levies and garnishments.<\/span><\/span> <\/span><\/li>\n
