The ideal candidate will possess a strong attention to detail, excellent analytical skills, and the ability to articulate complex payroll concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.Skills & QualificationSkills & QualificationDeep understanding of payroll legislation and regulations across EMEA countriesExcellent knowledge of payroll systems and software, including ADP, Workday, or similar platformsProficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, with the ability to create complex spreadsheets and reportsStrong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and resolve payroll discrepanciesExcellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with colleagues, management, and external partnersAbility to work effectively in a team environment, with a strong focus on collaboration and continuous improvementHighly organized and detail-oriented, with a strong focus on meeting deadlines and ensuring accuracyResponsibilitiesManage and oversee payroll operations across EMEA countries, ensuring compliance with local regulations and maintaining accurate and timely payroll processingDevelop and implement payroll processes and procedures, ensuring consistency and quality across the regionProvide guidance and support to junior team members, promoting a culture of excellence and knowledge-sharing within the teamCollaborate with external partners, including auditors and regulatory bodies, to ensure compliance and address any payroll-related queries or concernsIdentify and resolve payroll discrepancies, working closely with internal stakeholders to address any issues or concernsDevelop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including employees, management, and external partners, to ensure effective communication and collaborationMaintain accurate and up-to-date records, including payroll data, employee information, and regulatory documentationConduct regular audits and reviews to ensure payroll processes are accurate, compliant, and efficientDevelop and implement cost-saving initiatives, improving efficiency and reducing payroll-related costsApply for this positionAutofill from resumeSave time by uploading your resume.
