We are seeking a highly organized, strategic, and relationship-driven Senior Program Coordinator to support the execution and ongoing success of our Institutional Group Purchasing Organizations (GPO) & Major programs. In this role, you will serve as the primary day-to-day point of contact for GPO partners, coordinating program execution, facilitating communication, and ensuring operational excellence across the organization.
Working closely with Sales leadership and commercial stakeholders, you will coordinate cross-functional initiatives, support new program implementations, oversee operational processes, and help strengthen strategic partnerships. - Coordinate the onboarding and implementation of new GPOs & major programs, facilitating cross-functional execution and ensuring all operational requirements are completed.
- Partner with commercial leadership to support strategic GPO initiatives and execute program enhancements.
- Facilitate meetings with internal teams and external GPO partners to align priorities, communicate progress, resolve operational issues, and track action items.
- Monitor program performance, identify opportunities for process improvements, and recommend operational enhancements that improve partner and member experiences.
- Coordinate reporting, account alignment, member eligibility, and program compliance while maintaining data integrity across business systems.
