As the Kitting Associate\u00A0(internally known as OEM Parts Wrangler),\u00A0you will focus on packaging accessories and hardware with other parts and relocate them to designated areas so that they can be inventoried.\u00A0 You will be responsible for identifying the correct packaging material for the parts that need to be kitted.\u00A0This position requires the individual to work with minimal supervision or as a team player.

• prioritize work to meet deadlines for customer orders

The Job at a Glance

As the Kitting Associate\u00A0(internally known as OEM Parts Wrangler),\u00A0you will focus on packaging accessories and hardware with other parts and relocate them to designated areas so that they can be inventoried.\u00A0 You will be responsible for identifying the correct packaging material for the parts that need to be kitted.\u00A0This position requires the individual to work with minimal supervision or as a team player.

A Typical Day

• Duties including\u00A0kitting parts, quality checks, and relocation of kitted\u00A0parts
• prioritize work to meet deadlines for customer orders
• You will\u00A0gather\u00A0necessary parts\u00A0and label\u00A0completed packages
• operating\u00A0the heat tunnel,\u00A0strapping machine,\u00A0foam machine, and bubble machine to ensure proper packaging

• You possess\u00A0strong problem solving, attention to detail, time management, and organizational skills
• You\u2019re adaptable and thrive within quickly changing environments
• You\u2019re looking to work Monday through Friday 7:00am-3:30pm\u00A0and are able to work Saturdays when needed
• You\u00A0possess the ability to move around for long periods of time and consistently lift up to 40lbs unassisted.
• You have fantastic communication skills & you\u2019re proficient in English\u00A0(verbal and written)

Parts Town is a pay for performance-company. In addition to base pay, some roles offer a profit-sharing program, and an annual bonus depending on the role. Our comprehensive benefits package includes health, dental and vision insurance, 401(k) with match, employee assistance programs, paid time off, paid sick time off, paid holidays, paid parental leave, and professional development opportunities.
