A Typical Day
- Actively managed incoming request in our HR ticketing system (JIRA)
- Compile and analyze Human resource reports as requested \u00A0
- Conducting\u202FNew Hire Orientation and\u202Fonboarding by\u00A0assisting\u00A0team members in completing new hire paperwork, reviewing company policies and benefits, and answering related questions\u00A0\u00A0\u00A0\u00A0
- Providing day-to-day administrative support including System record keeping, file maintenance, and benefits \u00A0
- Serve as the on-site P&C representative for employee support,\u00A0culture\u00A0and general site needs\u00A0
- Coordinate, set up and support site events (town halls, appreciation events, leadership visits,\u00A0team-building, lunches, etc.)\u00A0
- Support site facility operations including workspace readiness, seating changes, badge requests, signage, and vendor coordination \u00A0
- Lead on-site new hire orientations, including preparing supplies, technology, and workspace setups while providing day 1 onboarding support \u00A0
- Serve as the first point of contact for basic HR questions and \u201CHR Generalist light\u201D conversations; escalate as needed \u00A0
- Assist\u00A0with policy guidance, employee inquiries, and routine HR communications\u00A0\u00A0
