Mandatory-day-to-day batch operations for the CSEE flows – job scheduling, file transmissions, system monitoring and event management

Reporting to Batch Management Manager

Activities

Working as a member of the Batch management team supporting the CSEE operations performing duties to operate CMS Consoles File Transmission Servers File Transmission Applications

Ensuring job scheduling transmission processing and data processing for the CSEE batch flows

Reporting documentation and backup operations

Event management

System Monitoring ing procedures

Performing defined tasks per documented instructionsprocesses

Responding to incoming telephone calls email and concluding inquiries from internalexternal clients personnel

Making appropriate changes to the documentation as needed

Following security requirements set by corporate and global policies

Working effectively based on instructions manuals

Acting independently to manage and coordinate resolution of issues

Facilitating controlled changes to the environment to ensure accordance with corporate standards and procedures

Requirements and knowledge

Bachelor Degree in Information Technology andor Certifications or equivalent or 2 5 years of related technical experience

Excellent computer literacy

Very good command of English and Croatian language
