Oracle EBS OTL Techno-Functional Sr. Consultant

Infosys is seeking Oracle eBusiness Suite R12 (EBS) Human Capital Management (HCM) techno-functional consultant with knowledge and experience in HCM – Oracle Time & Labor (OTL) modules. The position will primarily be responsible for application support Oracle EBS R12 version 12.2.6 to 12.2.14. The selected candidate should be able to perform end‑to‑end upgrade activities including requirement gathering, solution design, configuration, testing, and deployment. Responsibilities include analyzing business processes, configuring HCM modules (HR and OTL), noting lessons learnt, and sharing domain knowledge with teammates. The successful candidate must be able to perform mapping for application upgrade and ensuring seamless cross‑module integration. The role also provides user training of modified forms, prepares documentation, drives UAT, supports cutover/go-live and delivers hypercare.
