Job Description Role Overview:We are looking for a graduate student to join the internship opportunity at our operations management department. Key Responsibilities:Manage the Operations Managers daily schedule, appointments, and meetings.Prepare and organize reports, presentations, and official correspondence.Coordinate meetings, prepare agendas, and record meeting minutes.Follow up on action plans and pending operational tasks with departments.Handle incoming calls, emails, and internal communications professionally.Maintain organized filing systems for operational and confidential documents.Track departmental KPIs, reports, and deadlines.Coordinate with different departments to support smooth operational workflow.Prepare monthly and weekly operational reports when required.Monitor and follow up on approvals, requests, and operational updates.Ensure confidentiality of management and operational information.Support the Operations Manager in daily administrative and operational activities.Arrange travel bookings, schedules, and logistics if required.Handle office administration and maintain proper documentation records.Escalate urgent operational matters to the Operations Manager when needed.Requirements:Strong organizational and communication skillsProficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and PowerPointAbility to multitask and work in a fast-paced environmentDetail-oriented and able to maintain confidentialityProfessional and proactive attitudeRequirementsOnly applicants that apply via this link (not the APPLY NOW button) will be considered for further review and selection.If you experience any technical issues with Superset or have any related queries, please feel free to reach out to us at [email protected]
