TheOperational Risk Specialistis responsible for delivering end‑to‑endrisk and insurance operationsfor assigned markets, ensuring accurate insurance renewals, premium payments, claims handling, forecasting, and reporting. The role works closely withTreasury, Finance, Legal, and Market stakeholders, as well asexternal insurers and brokers, to ensure compliance with internal controls, global risk standards, and governance requirements.

As anOperational Risk Specialist, you will:

  • Manageinsurance renewals and premium calculations, including preparation, validation, and submission of data in global risk systems
  • OverseeCertificate of Insurance (COI) management, responding to market requests and ensuring completeness and compliance
  • Coordinateinsurance invoice posting and payment tracking, including PR/PO initiation and collaboration with S2P teams
  • Prepare and analyzeinsurance premium forecasts, explaining material movements to business and finance stakeholders
  • Manageinsurance claims handling, ensuring documentation completeness, timely follow‑ups, and accurate claims tracking
  • Maintainrisk and insurance data repositories(policies, contracts, invoices, reports) to support audits, tax, and compliance reviews
  • Preparepremium allocation and amortization files, including journal entries and tracker maintenance
  • Validateproperty values, locations, ownership data, and coordinate approvals with market CFOs
  • SupportY+1 premium forecasting, applying rate increases and identifying potential risk or cost drivers
  • Address and resolveescalated insurance and risk issues, providing clear analysis and recommendations
  • Conductregular governance calls and reviewswith markets and internal partners to identify risks and improvement opportunities
  • Providetraining and governance guidanceto stakeholders on risk and insurance processes
  • Driveprocess improvements, automation, and emerging servicesaligned with global risk and treasury initiatives

What will make you successful:

  • Bachelor’s degree inAccounting, Finance, Risk & Insurance, or related field
  • 3+ years of experienceinRisk Operations, Insurance Services, Finance Shared Services, or BPO environments
  • Experience supportinginternational or regional marketsis an advantage
  • Solid understanding ofrisk and insurance operations, including renewals, premiums, claims, and forecasting
  • Strong knowledge offinance processes, internal controls, and governance standards
  • Hands‑on experience withERP systems (SAP preferred)and global finance tools
  • AdvancedExcel and data analysisskills; exposure to automation, dashboarding, or database management is a plus
  • Ability to prepareaccurate reports, forecasts, and reconciliationsunder tight timelines
  • Delivers results withhigh accuracy, timeliness, and attention to detail
  • Capable of workingindependently with minimal supervision
  • Strongstakeholder management and communication skills, particularly in English
  • Proactively identifiesrisks, control gaps, and process improvement opportunities
  • Comfortable handlingescalations and cross‑functional coordination
  • Demonstrates acontinuous improvement and ownership mindset
