On Call Photo Studio Art Director - Ecommerce

Provide on set studio photo art direction and guidance to talent Partner with internal Creative and Studio team members to learn associated guidelines and standards Partner with Studio Photographer, Stylists, and Studio Merchants to achieve daily shot requirements and prioritize as needed Follow brand standards and guidance provided to achieve consistency and brand standards Organize, review, and make final selects for ecom product page imagery and record post-production notes for retouch team Be available for blocks of days associated with the scheduled project to complete entire project Bachelor's degree in Design/Art Direction, Photography, or similar field experience 5 - 7 years' experience on set studio in on figure, product and ecommerce specific photo art direction. Knowledge of design/composition and photography best practices, guidelines, and on set etiquette Ability to learn and adapt quickly and ensure deadlines are met with a solution-oriented, efficiency-focused mindset Please note that you do not need to qualify for all requirements to be considered.
