Job description
- Lead the Intelligence Analytics function, driving the application of AI, advanced analytics, data modeling, and statistical methods to solve complex business problems.
- Define and execute the AI and analytics roadmap aligned with business strategy, operational priorities, and digital transformation goals.
- Partner with business, operations, and IT stakeholders to identify high‑value analytics and AI use cases and translate business needs into scalable solutions.
- Oversee the development, validation, deployment, and lifecycle management of AI models, predictive analytics, and statistical analyses.
- Ensure high data quality, robust feature engineering, and sound statistical methodology across all analytics initiatives.
- Establish best practices for model governance, performance monitoring, explainability, and ethical use of AI.
- Lead, mentor, and develop a team of data scientists, analytics engineers, and analysts, fostering a strong culture of technical excellence and continuous learning.
- Drive adoption and impact by enabling data‑driven decision‑making through actionable insights, dashboards, and storytelling.
- Collaborate with data platform and engineering teams to ensure analytics solutions are scalable, secure, and production‑ready.
- Track and communicate business value, ROI, and performance metrics of AI and analytics initiatives to senior leadership.
- Stay current with emerging AI, machine learning, and statistical techniques, and assess their applicability to the organization.
