The opportunity:

An experienced and highly responsible Night Shift Production Supervisor to oversee the manufacturing operations of transformer production during the night shift. The ideal candidate will ensure production targets are met, maintain product quality, and lead the shift team with strong communication and problem‑solving skills and aligns with our standards of safety, quality, and ethical conduct.

How you’ll make an impact:

  • Ensure and control all team members to 100% compliance with safety regulations and the correct wearing of PPE.

  • Supervise and manage night shift production activities to ensure smooth and continuous manufacturing operations.

  • Monitor production performance, output, and quality according to company standards.

  • Conduct shift meetings, assign tasks, and ensure proper manpower allocation.

  • Prepare daily shift reports and communicate operational updates to the Production Manager.

  • Train and coach operators and technicians to improve skills and productivity.

  • Identify process deviations and implement corrective actions to reduce downtime.

Your background:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or related fields.

  • Minimum 5-10 years of experience in manufacturing; experience in transformer production is an advantage.

  • Proven experience in supervising production teams, preferably on night shifts.

  • Good understanding of transformer assembly processes, lean manufacturing, and production safety.

  • Strong leadership, communication, and decision‑making skills.

  • Ability to work under pressure and solve problems effectively.

  • Basic computer skills (MS Office, ERP systems).

  • Good command of Thai, English communication.
