What You'll Be Doing- Creating, revising, and maintaining 2D and 3D engineering drawings using AutoCAD and Autodesk Inventor
- Producing detailed fabrication, assembly, and component drawings to tight standards
- Supporting the manufacturing team with drawing questions and technical issue resolution
- Managing Bills of Materials (BOMs), drawing revisions, and engineering documentation within our ERP system
- Assisting with product development, design updates, and R&D prototype support
- Collaborating with our global engineering team, including our UK office, on shared projects and standardization initiatives
- Participating in equipment inspections, audits, rebuilds, and retrofit projects
- Traveling (domestically and occasionally internationally) to support customer installations, commissioning, and field verification activities
What We're Looking ForRequired:- Proficiency in AutoCAD (2D) \u2014 detailed, precise drawings are your foundation
- 3D CAD experience in Autodesk Inventor or SolidWorks
- 2+ years of drafting/design experience in an industrial or manufacturing environment
- Associate degree or technical diploma in Drafting, Mechanical Design, or related field

This is not a heads-down, work-in-isolation kind of role. You'll collaborate with engineers, manufacturing, project managers, field service teams, and our UK office — and you'll see the direct result of your work on the shop floor and at customer sites around the world.What You'll Be DoingCreating, revising, and maintaining 2D and 3D engineering drawings using AutoCAD and Autodesk InventorProducing detailed fabrication, assembly, and component drawings to tight standardsSupporting the manufacturing team with drawing questions and technical issue resolutionManaging Bills of Materials (BOMs), drawing revisions, and engineering documentation within our ERP systemAssisting with product development, design updates, and R&D prototype supportCollaborating with our global engineering team, including our UK office, on shared projects and standardization initiativesParticipating in equipment inspections, audits, rebuilds, and retrofit projectsTraveling (domestically and occasionally internationally) to support customer installations, commissioning, and field verification activitiesWhat We're Looking ForRequired:Proficiency in AutoCAD (2D) — detailed, precise drawings are your foundation3D CAD experience in Autodesk Inventor or SolidWorks2+ years of drafting/design experience in an industrial or manufacturing environmentAssociate degree or technical diploma in Drafting, Mechanical Design, or related fieldUnderstanding of manufacturing processes, fabrication drawings, and mechanical assembliesStrong attention to detailCollaborative mindset and strong communication skillsCuriosity and opennessPreferred / Nice to Have:Experience with ERP systems and BOM managementFamiliarity with PDM/document management systemsExperience supporting field service, commissioning, or installation activitiesKnowledge of machining, welding, and fabrication practicesExperience working with heavy industrial equipment or material processing equipment.Why This Role Stands OutAt a large corporation, you might spend years in a narrow lane.
