We Are Looking For:
A qualified teacher withQTS (Qualified Teacher Status)and a degree in Music or a related field.
A proven track record as an excellentMusic Teacherwith experience teaching theory and performance to at leastKey Stage 4 (GCSE).
Proficiency in directing musical ensembles (e.g., choir, orchestra, band) is highly desirable.
A genuine passion for the subject and the ability to inspire students of all abilities and backgrounds.
The drive to uphold and contribute to the academyβsOutstandingstandards.
Salary and Benefits
Main Pay Scale/Upper Pay Scale (MPS/UPS)for Teachers.
The base salary will be paid according to experience within the statutoryInner London Pay Scale(The Inner London Main Pay Range minimum is approximatelyΒ£40,317as of September 2025).
A fixedRecruitment and Retention (R&R) Allowance of Β£2,000per annum.
