Responsibilities and Tasks: • Establish and improve process condition and technology. • Upgrade process capability and reduce production cost. • Establish and modify process management projects. • Set up process parameters for a variety of semiconductor equipment. • Evaluation, promotion and planning of new equipment / materials. • Abnormal analysis and improvement. We are looking for ambitious individuals who can help us maintain our world-class standards and drive outstanding results. * Showcased robust technical proficiency in identifying and resolving Pin Card Fail issues at the equipment level. * The analytical skills and hands-on experience have significantly contributed to improving tool utilization and reducing downtime. * Key technical resource in cross-functional problem-solving efforts and show great potential for technical leadership. * Lead with the team to integrate all of system to implement automation Key Achievement * Developed a detailed method for identifying Pin Card Fail root causes, decreasing analysis time * Led cross-functional task forces to resolve recurring equipment-related failures. * Implemented proactive maintenance procedures that decreased occurrences of Pin Card Fail incidents * Develop AI solutions to ahead detect any problems Development Goals * Improve cross-functional communication and influence * Build a knowledge-sharing platform for equipment failure analysis (TLP Sharing) * Mentor less experienced engineers and foster technical growth within the team About Micron Technology, Inc.
