Responsibilities and Tasks Perform Thermal Shadow Moiré Measurements * Verify product and sample integrity prior to testing. * Prepare samples for warpage measurement according to test requirements. * Execute thermal cycling, reflow simulation, and warpage characterization tests. * Monitor test progress and respond to tool alarms or abnormal conditions. * Ensure measurement data is successfully captured and stored. Perform In Line Process Audits * Conduct regular in-process audits and inspections at various stages of manufacturing to verify compliance with quality standards and procedures. * Utilize measurement tools and equipment (e.g., calipers, micrometers, gauges) to assess product and process conformity. * Document audit findings, non-conformances, and corrective actions in detailed reports for traceability. * Collaborate with production, engineering, and quality teams to address process deviations and implement corrective/preventive actions. * Monitor and verify the effectiveness of corrective actions and process improvements. * Support root cause analysis for quality issues and participate in cross-functional problem-solving teams. * Ensure strict adherence to quality and safety protocols. * Maintain 6S standards in the production and audit areas. * Using AI is an advantagefor process improvements. Equipment Operation and Verification * Perform daily startup and shutdown checks for TSM systems. * Verify equipment performance and operating conditions before testing. * Conduct routine calibration verification and equipment health checks. * Complete preventive maintenance checklists and logbooks. * Report equipment abnormalities and support troubleshooting activities with Technicians and Engineers. Qualifications Minimum: * GCE N/O Level, SPM, or equivalent experience, or qualification. * Ability to work on shift and work in the production line. * Good communication and documentation skills. * Strong attention to detail and analytical skills. * Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, with the ability to apply them effectively in daily work. * Basic written and verbal communication skills in English. * Strong attention to detail and data accuracy. * Ability to identify and report abnormal equipment or test conditions. * Ability to multitask and prioritize work effectively. * Ability to work independently and as part of a team. * Basic understanding of ESD, safety, and lab practices. Additional Preferred Skills (TSM-Specific) * Experience with Akrometrix Thermal Shadow Moiré systems. * Ability to interpret 2D/3D warpage contour maps and measurement reports.
