Motion Graphic Designer

Job Summary The Motion Graphic Designer is responsible for executing the creative direction of a project. They participate in the ideation process, contributing to the art direction. Their responsibilities include creating storyboards, designing characters, developing layouts, animating characters and objects, creating visual effects, and ensuring all deliverables meet client requirements and exceed expectations.Responsibilities and DutiesContribute in developing and executing creative concepts for motion graphics projectsDesign and animate motion graphics for various platforms.Create storyboards to help communicate creative concepts.Contribute to the creation of high-quality motion graphic deliverables that meet client requirements and exceed expectations.Keep up to date with the latest social platforms and design trends.Work closely with the creative director, department team, digital, production, and development teams to ensure cohesive project execution.Respond to feedback from the art director and creative director to improve content.Manage multiple tasks simultaneously, ensuring that all tasks are delivered on time.Prioritize tasks and manage workload effectively.Utilize advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (After Effects, Premiere Pro, Illustrator, Photoshop) and other relevant motion graphic design software.Apply a solid understanding of design principles, typography, color theory, and visual storytelling.3D animation is a plus and should be applied where appropriate to enhance project outcomes.Ensure all designs and animations are visually appealing, on-brand, and meet project specifications.Conduct quality checks on all deliverables before final submission.Keep up-to-date with new technology, software, and systems. RequirementsBachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Fine Arts, or a related field, or an equivalent of 3-4 years of additional experience.3 - 5 years of experience in motion graphics design.Advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (After Effects, Premiere Pro, Illustrator, Photoshop) and other relevant motion graphic design software.A solid understanding of design principles, typography, color theory, and visual storytelling.Portfolio highlighting related works (e.g., video editing, animation, and motion graphic projects).Excellent attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.Strong communication skills and ability to work in a fast-paced team environment.3D animation is a plus.Fluency in English and Arabic is required; proficiency in Turkish is preferred.
