We work with members throughout Wisconsin to find providers that fit each of their needs. Our goal is to help individuals be in more control of their own supports and to have a say in who is assisting them. This helps them to stay in their own homes as long as possible. We are seeking a reliable, active, and patient respite provider to support a young person in the Elk Mound area. This position involves after-school pickup and spending 1–2 hours together engaging in meaningful, enjoyable activities.
