Overview
rhi are supporting our client to find a Senior Materials Management Data Deployment to support a major global data cleansing and transformation project.
Specializing in materials management data readiness and transformation for our global oil and gas client based in Kuala Lumpur.
We are seeking candidates that are either immediate or on a short notice period only.
Contract duration: 12 months temp (Potential long-term continuation)
Based – Bangsar South KL - WFH 60/40
Shift hours: Either 3.30pm – 12.00am or 1.30pm – 10.00pm – Malay time to follow UK Business unit.
Responsibilities
Experience required
- Must be highly skilled in Inventory, Warehouse, and Material Master data management, including SAP EWM and IM; material master/product master data; warehouse and bin structures; inventory balances and warehouse stock.
- Proven experience in supporting SAP ECC / S/4HANA deployment initiatives, specializing in procurement data readiness and transformation.
- Experience handling multiple projects concurrently and working with complex cross-functional teams.
- Skilled in risk management and governance.
- Lead level experience - No direct reports/management.
- Strong background in planning, scheduling, and decomposing deliverables into manageable tasks.
- You must be available to work shift as above.
Preferred Skills:
- Strong hands-on experience in data cleansing and transformation work.
- Ability to analyze, troubleshoot, support, challenge, and advise other project members on procurement data-related issues.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills.
Qualifications
Tools and Technology Proficiency:
- SAP ECC or SAP S/4 HANA – (Must have)
- MS Excel, Access
- MS PowerPoint
- Azure DevOps (nice to have)
- Other MS Suite products including Outlook and Teams
