The ideal candidate will have a strong background in investment banking and asset management compliance, with a minimum of 10 years of experience in the DIFC jurisdiction. Proficiency in both Arabic and English is essential. Key Responsibilities: Develop, implement, and monitor compliance policies and procedures to ensure adherence to regulatory requirements within the DIFC.Conduct regular compliance assessments and audits to identify potential risks and areas for improvement.Provide expert advice and guidance on compliance matters related to investment banking and asset management.Liaise with regulatory bodies and ensure timely submission of required reports and documentation.Conduct training sessions for staff on compliance policies, procedures, and regulatory changes.Investigate and resolve compliance issues and breaches, and implement corrective actions as needed.Stay up-to-date with the latest regulatory developments and industry best practices to ensure ongoing compliance.
