Position Overview
We are seeking an experiencedStamping Task Force Leaderto support stabilization, safety, and performance improvement at our DDN Philippines manufacturing site. This assignment is focused onsafe execution, process stability, and standardization, in alignment withCPT Stamping Standards and Process Excellence principles.
The Task Force Leader will work closely withsite leadership, engineering, maintenance, and production teamsto address safety and performance gaps, stabilize stamping operations, and embed sustainable, standard-based improvements.
Key Responsibilities
Safety & Compliance
- Act as a role model forSafety Leadership, ensuring full adherence to stamping safety requirements and machine safeguarding standards.
- Support implementation and reinforcement ofCPT Stamping Safety Specificationsand safe work practices at press level.
- Identify safety risks in stamping operations and support corrective actions to achieve a safe and compliant production environment.
Process Stability & Standards
- Support stabilization of stamping presses and production lines in alignment withCPT Stamping Standards
- Troubleshoot process issues related totooling, press setup, materials, lubrication, automation, and auxiliary equipment.
- Drive consistent application ofstandard work, setup standards, and process controls.
Performance & Process Excellence
- Drive improvements inOEE, scrap reduction, downtime reduction, throughput, and process capability.
- ApplyCPT Process Excellence and Lean Manufacturing principlesto identify root causes and implement sustainable countermeasures.
- Support structured problem-solving and data-driven decision making on the shop floor.
Capability Building & Knowledge Transfer
- Coach and develop localengineering, tooling, maintenance, and production teams.
- Ensure effectiveknowledge transferto enable long-term sustainability beyond the assignment.
- Support alignment of local practices withglobal CPT Stamping best practices and standards.
Cross‑Functional Collaboration
- Work closely withQuality, Maintenance, Engineering, and Operationsto resolve technical and operational challenges.
- Support site leadership in prioritizing actions that improve safety, stability, and performance.
Required Qualifications
- Extensive experience instamping manufacturing environments.
- Strong technical expertise instamping processes, presses, tooling, and automation.
- Proven track record inprocess stabilization, troubleshooting, and performance improvement.
- Strong leadership and communication skills inmulticultural manufacturing environments.
- Willingness to workon-site in the Philippinesfor the duration of the assignment.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience supportingmanufacturing stabilization or turnaround initiatives.
- Experience withprogressive dies, high-speed stamping, and forming of copper or steel materials.
- Strong understanding ofCPT Process Excellence, Lean Manufacturing, and standardization concepts.
Assignment Conditions
- Assignment based at theDDN Philippines manufacturing facility.
- Duration may vary depending on operational requirements (short-term or extended assignment).

Job Overview
Oversees day-to-day operations of the stamping team, defines goals, improves technologies, and determines the best action to meet schedules and resolve technical issues.
Job Requirements
- Collaborating with other departments for end-to-end optimization and managing demand planning and forecasting.
- Identifying and investigating root causes to provide guidance and future actions and strategy, and implementing inventory plans to meet business objectives.
- Leading, training & monitoring the performance of team members to ensure efficiency in operations and meeting individual & group targets.
- Managing operations activities, ensuring that schedules and performance requirements are met and system resources are used effectively.

Generally requires Bachelors degree in appropriate field or local equivalent with a minimum of 3 years of progressively responsible professional level experience
