This role is a great fit for individuals who enjoy improving processes, supporting people, and getting results through teamwork. ## What You Will Do * Support a safe, high‑quality, and well‑organized fab environment. * Lead Continuous Improvement (CIP) efforts and partner across functions. * Guide the TPM team with clear expectations, thoughtful coaching, and steady support. * Coordinate labor, equipment, and resources to enable smooth daily operations. * Build project plans and collaborate closely with global teams to meet shared goals. * Use data to find opportunities, reduce risks, and improve work processes. ## What You Bring * Experience in wafer‑fab operations or process improvement. * Strong communication skills and the ability to work well across teams. * An approach focused on learning and interest in TPM, 6S, or structured problem‑solving. * Ability to organize work, support team members, and prioritize effectively. ## Preferred Experience * Background in global collaboration or engineering leadership. * Familiarity with automation, digital tools, or data analytics. * Experience supporting quality improvements or operational programs. ## Team Values We learn together, solve problems together, and celebrate success together.
